Refund & Returns Policy – LEVIATHAN Spectral Pro

1. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your LEVIATHAN Spectral Pro filter. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.


2. Eligibility

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

  • Returns are not accepted for damaged products caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Custom or personalized items (if any) are non-refundable.


3. Process

  • You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective, damaged during delivery, or we shipped the wrong product.


4. Refund Timeline

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defect, damage during delivery, or shipping error.


5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Faulty Items
